Job Description:

ACCOUNT AND FINANCE DUTIES:

  • Responsible for authorizing Bank transfers locally and international
  • Perform approval duties on all disbursements to various vendors in a timely manner
  • Prepare monthly analysis of oil storage receivables and reconciliations to CEO’s office
  • Perform monthly staff payroll checks and recommend payment for Management approval.
  • Prepare and implement financial accounting department processes and procedures.
  • Managing effective internal control system to ensure due diligence, cost control / reductions.
  • Perform monitoring of expenditure to ensure they are within budget allocations
  • Render timely and accurate returns to relevant statutory authorities in compliance with relevant laws
  • Follow up on group entities bank reconciliations and report same to the CEO’s Office on weekly basis
